What's the minimum commitment?

We require a minimum of 3 devices to start service. There are no long-term contracts—cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Do you charge per user or per device?

We charge per device. Desktops and laptops are $50-100/month depending on tier, servers are $150-250/month, and mobile devices are $15-25/month.

What counts as a "device"?

Any computer, server, or mobile device that needs IT support. This includes desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, and smartphones.

Is on-site support available?

Our services are remote-first. However, we offer on-site cabling and network engineering services separately. Emergency on-site support is available at premium rates (3-5x standard).

How quickly can we get started?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 24-48 hours. You'll download our agent software, and we'll start monitoring and supporting your systems immediately.
